Note with Return: Please include a note with your return that includes your full name or social media name, order number, address, and mobile number (essential). Kindly note that returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can promptly address the issue and provide a solution.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the most efficient method is to complete a return following the return process mentioned above, and then place a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please be aware that the processing and posting of the refund may take some time, depending on your bank or credit card company.
